When you use the Arkline gateway, we process the queries, prompts, code, and related content your users submit ("Customer Content") in order to route them, apply anonymisation, check for policy violations, log them to your account's database, and search for reusable prior answers. Customer Content is processed on your behalf, under your account's configuration, and is not used to train our own models — nor any third-party model where the provider offers a training opt-out we can apply.

Automatically Collected Information

When using the Services, we collect:

Device/browser details
IP address and approximate location
Usage data (pages visited, features used, request volumes and token counts)
Cookies and similar technologies (e.g., for analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the Services — routing requests to local or third-party models, anonymising outbound traffic, logging queries, and reusing prior answers
